State Conference

Our 2026 State Conference will be held January 8-10th at Union Station/Stiefel Theatre  in St. Louis, MO.

The website will accept registrations for State Conference from September 7th - November 1st.

All prices and procedures for the conference can be found in the CONFERENCE GUIDE (includes a helpful checklist).

Conference DRAFT Schedule

The deadline to reserve hotel rooms is December 1st.
Payment is due December 15th.

Teaching Artists

If you are someone who is interested in being invited as a teaching artist to our conference, you can fill out this interest FORM.  Our workshop coordinator will contact you.

If you are a Troupe Director or Registered Exhibitor who would like to teach a workshop, please email Lara Corvera (lcorvera@psdr3.org) to get the workshop registration form.
