Upcoming Missouri Thespian Board Meeting Dates

Transportation to all MST meetings is the responsibility of each board member and/or their troupe sponsor or parent. Student officers will be provided 1 night of lodging (through MST) the evening of the September meeting, the second day/night of the December meeting, and the Wednesday evening before the conference.

July 21-23, 2025- Summer Retreat (Lodge of the 4 Seasons, Lake of the Ozarks)

Sept 5-6, 2025- Leadership 2025 (Lodge of the 4 Seasons, Lake of the Ozarks)

Dec 5-7- Pre-Conference Board Meeting (STL Union Station/Stifel)

Jan 7-10, 2026- Conference 2026 (STL Union Station/Stifel)

March 7, 2026- post-conference meeting (Location TBD)

May 16, 2026- Budget Meeting (Location TBD)

July 20-22, 2026- Summer Retreat (Location TBD)

Sept 11-12, 2026- Leadership (tentative)
